Help with an abbreviation please

Can someone please help with what OOP stands for, when discussing dinning plans and ADRs? (I know the ADR, just not OOP)

WDW is another language compared to DL, so trying to work it all out is doing my head in lol. (Probably why I give up and keep going to DL )

OOP = out of pocket
It's confusing to start with but you'll soon have the hang of it
