We are doing a morning at AK and the evening at MK on Good Friday. I have FP+s for MK in the evening starting at 6pm.

There are 4 of us, DH, DW, DD5, DS3. We want to accomplish the following:

Safari
Everest (single rider for the parents one at a time)
Kali (for one parent and DD5)
Petting Zoo (30 minutes - an hour)
Bone Yard (probably a half hour)
Flights of Wonder
Walk the trails with the Tigers and Gorillas
Meet Winnie the Pooh and Tigger and Mickey and Minnie

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to optimize this morning from rope drop through 1:00 or 2:00. Is it best to just go right to Everest for me and DW to ride it right out the gate, then head to Safari? Or do you do the safari first? The petting zoo, flights of wonder, and bone yard have no lines so those aren't a problem, but how do we fit in Kali? How much time would we need to accomplish all of this, knowing that my kids will want maybe an hour petting the sheep and a half hour at the bone yard?

Safari first.

Frankly, save the "petting Zoo" (Planet Watch) to the very end, and if you run out of time, skip it. (Horrible time-waster.)
Move the bone yard to right after Kali, and run down the clock (at DHS) with the kids drying out as they are digging away.

You are not seeing Festival of the Lion King?
We think it's now even better after the move to the new theater in Africa.
(And not because of the theater... because of many of the show elements and cast.)
