Help with a design

Hi, everyone..I'm not sure if this is possible but I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this design. I really like the Jolee sticker that has the back of Mickey and Minnie sitting on a bench watching fireworks, and was wondering if someone could make a design using them sitting on a bench but looking at a star-filled sky with possibly a shooting star going through it. I know it's pretty specific, and have absolutely no clue if it can even be done, but if anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it!
