Help with a Count Down Activity for Adults

We have 1 month 1 week and 4 days until our trip. We are two women in our late 20's and we are looking for a fun and exciting countdown activity for us to do. Any suggestions?

Hi we are all adults too and still have the paper countodwn chains with colored rings. I also send postcards that I made myself from cardstock and stickers to others in our travel party each week, telling of somthing fun we can do, or to watch a movie in prep for the trip. We also have planned "packing day", "movie day", and tye dye shirt making day. Good luck, I wonder what everyone else can come up with?

We have a lot longer countdown but just as soon as we returned from our trip last September we wrote down all our Disney movies and threw them in a tin. Once a month my husband and I take turns drawing and have Disney movie night. It has been really fun. I have way more movies than months left so as it gets closer we will start doing two a month or more if needed. Then the last month before we go we will watch all our favorites over again.

I love the idea of a paper chain. Takes me back to my childhood. But then, isn't what this kind of trip is all about?

I'm 45 and still do the construction paper chain. Fortunately, I have a 12DD, but we all know the chain is really mine. We wait until we're at one month. Right now we are at 10 days!

Thanks all. What I have done has copied and pasted Disney clip Art to an excel spreadsheet. Each movie or Character has it's own specific day. I could see where this would be appropriate for all ages. You could even do a contest or a guessing game with it and the people playing would guess the movie. Prizes could be incorporated with it.
