Help with a booking/pkg/discount code?

We booked a pkg. through aa vacations. We specifically told them we want the $750 gift card and booked by the date etc.

On our reservation/confirmation it states room,park passes, magical express etc, but no mention of the gift card???

The codes they have are EKX and (IYJ)

Does anyone know is these are codes fot he gift card?

Call and ask. I didn't have any luck searching those codes. The fact that you can't book the deal anymore is part of the reason I can't find codes. however when you book a disney vacation package through AAA, they often have their own codes they use to book it even though it is the exact same package. So call and ask. And ask them to tell you what is included rather than tell them what you think should be included. That way they aren't just saying yes without really checking.

Well its a mess. This is now something that they say is suppose to be possibly resovled by monday. We booked through aa vacations and used some of my dh ff miles and paid for the rest. We did everything they said to get the gift card. I printed out the aa vacatons webite. Well when they sent us an e mail confirmation (they hold our reservation, not disney) from what I understand. We have done this before. There was no metntion of the gift card and now ther deal has expired. So we booked during the correct time, added the tickets etc. Paid rack rate for the room etc.

If we dont get the gift card, then I am just going to cancel and book with disney with the room only rate myself probably. Then we will have to fight to get our ff miles restored. I think they are bending over a little backwards because my dh is a million mile guy.
