Help!Who is Perry on Phineas and Ferb

Hello disigners. My niece is requesting a design with Phineas and Ferb and Perry. My kids don't watch that show so I don't even know who to look for when looking through the disigns. Does anyone know if someone has a disign with these characters? This is her first trip so I want to try to help her. Thank you so much.
