Help! Which Concierge?

Please help. Is the Poly the only hotel (concierge level) to offer strollers? What about the individual bottled waters? We stayed at the GF Main Building last September and they did not have indivual bottles of water. Any information is appreciated.

Last Nov. the YC concierge had bottles of water to take with you. They also had umbrella strollers.

I just asked the GF concierge if they had strollers for guests to use and they told me no. If this is the flagship hotel, I'm not sure why the Polynesian has better concierge service. I have had very poor service from GF concierge so far. (perhaps it's just the pre-planners) They did offer to have one delivered to the hotel from a local company. Seemed to cost less than renting in the park.
I planned a trip for last Oct that included a stay at Polynesian conc. (which I ended up having to cancel) and they were wonderful in the planning! I can't say whether the follow-through was there because we never got to go.

Polynesian concierge has individual bottled water and strollers. AKL concierge has neither.

AKL concierge does have bottled water. They just don't keep it out. You have to request it.

The only bottled water AKL concierge told us they had were the big glass bottles that they would bring out if you wanted some. We were there 9 nights. If you wanted soda, you had to ask for it and they would being it out in a glass with ice.

We stayed recently at WL concierge. Bottled water was not left out, but I requested and received 2-4 bottles of water every day just by asking for them. This was in addition to bottles of water that were left out that you could pour into plastic cups, as well as cans of soda that were put out.

I have no idea about strollers, though.

We were at AKL in December for only 3 nights. We took our backpack to the lounge each morning and asked for bottled water to take to the park. They gave us enough for the five of us. They also gave me Coke in a can when I said I would like it to take to the laundry room.
They also had bottled water at the Boardwalk Inn but it is smaller bottles.

Hi: Just got back from poly concierge, and there was plenty of bottled water, plus bottles of perrier water. We loved it, lots to eat, and drink.

Returned yesterday from the Polynesian concierge and they were great. Did all the calling for this and that...plenty of quality "munchies", cont breakfast, bottled water to go...soda...juices...no regrets here.
