RSR. They both go fast, but RSR is definitely the hot ticket item. But it's not too far of a walk from the RSR Fastpass distribution outside of Cars Land to the WOC distribution at the entrance of Grizzly. If you hustle, it'll only take you a few minutes to get both. If you have early entry, I believe the Fastpass line for RSR forms at Carthay Circle (the Fastpasses won't be available until the park officially opens.)
What we like to do is show up before the park opens and line up at the rope closest to Soarin'. Once the park officially opens you can follow the trail around by Grizzly River Run. One person can stop and grab the WOC FP at Girzzly River Run and then catch up with the rest of the party. We head to Toy Story Midway Mania and then DH walks back to get a RSR FP after riding Toy Story with us. It’s a bit of a longer walk, but if you line up at the center rope you’ll be in the crush of people trying to go straight to RSR. It’s much nicer to walk along the mostly deserted trail.
You should head to Toy Story Midway Mania first. Then ride Screamin, Funwheel, and Goofy. Carousel, Symphony Swings, Zephyr, and Mermaid will all have lower lines later in the day.
Then grab FP for RSR (no need to grab it as your first thing as it will usually last until 11am or so), then ride Soarin, then grab FP for WOC, then ride Grizzly. When the 2 hours are up grab a FP for Tower of Terror

Sure, but make sure you have ridden Soarin and hopefully Grizzly by 10am. After that those attraction waits get much longer.
Also, once the new Soarin opens in June it will be more popular so I would get the Soarin FP first thing then head to Toy Story Midway Mania, and follow my above post. By the time you finish Paradise Pier it will be time to use that Soarin FP. Just grab RSR FP before you use the Soarin FP.
