Help! What's up at the Poly? I need to book now.

Ok, I know I can research the information I need, but I don't have the time right now, I'm at work and I need to book my rooms today on my lunch break. If someone can take potty on me and answer these questions, I'd be grateful!

We will be there 10/3-10/6/13.
Is the volcano pool under construction?
Have all the rooms been renovated?
Do they have fridges in the room?
Is there construction now it while we'll be there?

From the Tikiman site- the pool should not be down then, yes they have fridges,and construction for DVC should be underway by then. We were in HAwaii which was done being renovated. Tikiman has the loose schedule about which houses still are to be done.
