Help!! What To Pack!?

I am making my lists (and checking them twice) ...

We are going to Disneyland in SIX weeks! October 13th. It is me, my husband and our two little girls, ages 3 and 18 months. We went last March and had a blast!! However, for the life of me, I cannot think of what to pack for Disneyland. Tips, Advice, anything -help! Thank you!!

I did see the thread, thank you. However it is more for those who are flying and staying in a hotel for several days and for those who have older kids. I am looking for packing tips for a six hour drive and for my 3 and 1 year old. Thank you for any help!
