HELP! What is date in September that points must be banked by??

We use to have a different banking month for years but then they changed them to Sept. but I have no idea what date. Of course they are closed today and I am worried. Anyone have an idea? Is it the 15th? Thanks so much

No one can change your UY, did you buy a different contract?

Your banking window is 8 months from the start of your UY. You have until the last day of the 8th month to bank your points.

You can bank online and the points section on the member website addresses the banking window and allows you to bank.

Im so confused. We always had to bank in July but then we were informed to bank in September. We have a Feb use year. Ill call them tomorrow. Thanks so much

I have a Feb UY also. Banking deadline is Sept 30. Plenty of time.

You can bank your points on-line on the Members site too.

What you may be remembering is a time when banking was prorated throughout the year--ie: a certain percentage by this date, etc.

Now, all banking must be done by the end of the 8th month of your UY. So, for a Feb UY, that deadline is September 30th.

In addition, the member website has it as well and recently, we have gotten an email letting us know our deadline was coming up--even when we didn't have points left to bank!

Thank you ALL so much. I think you are right Sandisw, July may have been a prorated time for me . That rings a bell. I always just treated it as my deadline. I feel much better after seeing the chart and now I know I have until end of September( although Im banking my points tomorrow Thank you all again! I can sleep tonight

I have a question for all you experts. We are in the process of buying two contracts for the BW. Is banking points the same a carrying over points? I am trying to get this all straight so we don't lose points in the future. So say you have a use year of March with 160 points. If you aren't going to use all those points during your use year do you have to call (or go online) and bank the points or do they automatically carryover for the next use year.? Thanks for any help clarifying this.

You need to call MS or go online and bank the points before October 31st or you will lose them, it's not automatic.
