Renee has offered some excellent advice.
You may want to look at the fat / protein / carb ratios of your daily food. You can put all your food into Fitday.com for a particular day and it will calculate what percentage of your calories come from fat, from protein and from carbs.
I eat low-carb and I tend to lose best when I'm eating 70% of my calories from fat, 20% of calories from protein and 10% from carbs. Each person is different, though. I do tend to see many people doing low-carb who are not eating enough fat and that can stall your weight loss. Try adding in some good fats and see if that helps.
Another thing that can stall people is too much cheese and/or too many nuts. If you're eating more than 2-3 oz of cheese or nuts a day, try cutting back and see if that helps.
I also know that diet sodas and/or too many artificial sweeteners can stall people, so if you're relying heavily on these things you may want to cut back.
I hope one of these ideas works for you! Those plateaus can drive anyone crazy!
Best wishes for a happy visit with the scale soon!
