Help what are my chances?

Hi,
Planning a F&W fest trip.

I really want BWV standard. I am totally flexible with dates.
My 2nd/3rd choice is OKW and Value AKL.

As you can see....I need a cheap point trip. I haven't booked at my home resort at WLV because I am borrowing points and I am hoping to get a "cheaper" room.

Soooo. What are my chances???

At 7 months out, it seems to me that the one that for sure will be available is OKW! There aren't that many value and it seems to me that many BWV owners will have snagged the SV there, but maybe you'll be lucky!

I agree with the above poster that BWV standard view availability may be limited.......not sure what size villa your looking for but there are already October dates listed as being booked on the Resort Availibility threads...it's good though that your flexable with dates

I am looking for a studio... looked and looks like early April is booked ....I am flexible. I want to go to WDW for 5-6 nights sometime during F&W.
I would even split 3/3 If need be....i do love split stays.

I called last year for F&W about 4 months out. The only thing available was OKW and SSR. I don't know if it's like that every year, but I'm guessing that is normally the case.

you might get very lucky and snag a few days at the BWV during the F&WF, but it would most likely be for a pool/garden preferred.
we waitlisted for nine months for a BW view studio at the very beginning of F&WF 2010, and it never came through (i even called repeatedly). since there are as many standard as there are BW views, i wouldn't get my hopes up.

I figured I could probably get pool/garden.....but wanted to wait on booking my home resort(for back up) because I am borrowing points and want it to be exact. I am flexible with dates.......and REALLY want to stay at BWV to be able to walk everywhere.

I'm toying with an Add-on......WLV......easier points in 1 place.
BWV....my 2nd fav and standard rooms.

BUT....AKL is pulling because of cheap value rooms....AND OKW has cheaper rooms and it is cheaper to buy.....Oh the decisions

For the last 3 years, I've tried for a value studio during the F&W Festival. In 2008 and 2009, I got one at 7 months. In 2010, at 7 months I had to go on the waitlist, but it came thru within a week. I hope I'm as lucky this year. If not, my "back-up" is BCV, where I already have reservations.
