Hi. I hope this doesn't get moved...but I thought I read somewhere that you can view the Illuminations from The Beach Club or somewhere near there? We'd like to see some of the fireworks from our "non Disney" days. For example we thought we'd few the fireworks from the Poly Beach and the Electric Water Parade from our Beach at the Poly. Can we also view Illuminations from a different spot? Thanks...I'm sorry if this is a silly question. It looks like we'll have to get in line early for parades and for Fantasmic.

thanks

About the only good spot outside the park for Illuminations is the bridge between the Beach Club and Boardwalk (near ESPN). You can see the high fireworks there and a little of the ground level stuff.

thanks for the quick reply! That will help! Since Illuminations is late we thought we could see it any evening! Thanks again.

I would say that trying to view Illuminations from outside Epcot would be a disappointment to you unless you wanted to catch some of it a second time. It is worth the walk in to catch all the effects that an outside vantage point would miss.

Thanks for the advice. Where would be the best spot to watch from Epcot? Thanks

Inside Epcot there are lots of great locations and everyone has their own favorite. Mine is at the Cantina outside Mexico. You can grab some snacks and drinks, rest your feet (!), and watch Illuminations. Almost any spot around the lagoon is great. But snag your spot early because they fill up really fast.

We like watching the FW from the bridge at international gateway by the british pub, but, hey, that Mexico idea sounds good. Grab a couple of margueritas, put your feet up, sounds nice!:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

The Mexican cantina area is great if you get there really early or the crowd is small. Our best bet is always the bridge by the International Gateway. There is alway lots of room and it is easy to see the lower area of the how that is on the lagoon. Always a festive bunch and you don't have to get there two hours early to find a spot. We've seen Illumination thirty times or more and it always blows us away. Have a great time.
