HELP - Visa Code $200 offer - lost paperwork

I am hoping someone here can help me. I have been holding on to the $200 Visa gift card offer and finally decided I was going to apply. Well, I can't find my papers now. I have looked everywhere. I tried calling and I can't do it without the code that is on the paperwork. They also said my name and address will have to match exactly (which isn't an issue because they send me the offer).

Does anyone have the offer code that they can share with me so I can either call or go online to apply?

The code is specific/unique to the person who received it; you can't use someone else's code.

Unfortunately, someone else's offer code wouldn't work for you...they are person/family specific. When you enter in the code, it asks you to confirm the name and address on the letter. If you enter another name or address, it refers you to general offers on the Chase.com website.

They rarely send out just one offer once you're on their list. If you can't find this one wait for the next one.

Very good point. I've received 4 so far this year, on average one per month.

Thanks for the replies! I will just have to wait because I have turned this house upside down looking for that darn thing! I am sure another will come my way soon.
