Hello All,

I'm hoping someone can help.

I have saved Natalie's autograph pages from her photobucket account (I saved the high res image)

I then uploaded the ones I wanted to print to the walmart photo site, to order the prints.

My problem is that there is a warning that the images are low resolution. Any idea what the problem is? I know that I saved each image at 100% size.

thanks:flower3:

Are you 100% certain you saved the largest image? In Photobucket...the first image is the thumbnail image, which I'm certain you didn't save. When you click on it another image opens up. The second image is not the high resolution image. If you wave your mouse over this image there are some "gray buttons" that appear above the image. The far button to the left is called "zoom in" or "full size"...for some reason it changes...but it is ALWAYS the far left button. Either click on it or click the "high resolution" in the dropdown menu. Then the image is 100% and is the one you will want to save. So...make sure that you are saving the third image.

If you are still having problems with the size...try getting them from her 4shared account. She has most of her things in both 4shared and photobucket. I can't guarantee the ones that you want are in there but it is worth a try.

If the upload is telling you that the resolution is low...the images will probably be fuzzy when you get them back. Natalie always saves her images in extremely large files so that when people use them...they won't have resolutions files...so I'm 99.9999% certain if you save the images correctly they are a high resolution for uploading to Walmart.

Thanks for your reply!

Yep, that's how I saved it. First I clicked on the thumbnail, then when it went to the image, I clicked on it again so it went larger, and then I saved it. I wonder if it has to do with the program I'm saving it to on my computer?

I'll give it a try again later and see if I can figure it out.

Thanks again:)
