I'm trying to renew our annual passes. They only expired today, so I am still within the time period allowed to renew. When I log onto WDW's website and go into the passholder site, I am able to enter our pass numbers and the correct info comes up (i.e. DVC Annual Park Hopper), however when I click to renew, it says that the event is sold old - it only gives me the option to purchase new passes without the discount. It also only gives the option for Premium Passes for DVC members - which is not what we want.
I tried logging onto DVC's webiste as well, but when I follow the links it again only allows me to purchase a new pass and not renew the ones I have.
Does anyone have any suggestions - if not, I guess I'll just call to renew them - thought that it would be much easier to do it online (not having to sit on hold with a 2 year old and 3 month old at home because it seems like every time I get on the phone someone needs my attention
