help! town car pick up time

Hi! What is the best time for towncar pick up from resort to port if we want to arrive at port as soon as it opens?
We will pick up our cruise docs at the port and would like to get an early start but wouldn't want to arrive too early and find the port still closed. Please help...

Also, would you suggest a towncar or a van for 2 adults, 1 child, 2 HUGE luggage and several carry ons?

The port opens around usually 10'30 ish. It's about an hour and half depending how fast the driver goes.

Actually it shouldn't take more than an hour unless the traffic is bad. We stay by the airport, which is 15 minutes closer, so we usually schedule a 10 a.m. pickup.
