If you spend a lot of time here just browsing, you will be amazed at what you can learn. I would say make the big decisions first - Exact dates, resort reservations, are you doing dining plan or not. Then pretty quick pick the 2 or 3 restaurants you know you want to hit and make the reservations (you can do this 180 days out and really need to, to get a restaurant like Cinderella's castle). Then from there you have time to research attractions and park touring strategies. You can decide if you want to do the Princess and Pirates party. The planning is half the fun, so enjoy it.
