Help to pull off Grandparent surprise!

We are leaving for our annual trip to WDW very soon! This year will be a little bit different then others, my In-Laws will FINALLY be joining us!!! (Their first vacation with us ever!) They will be arriving halfway through the trip to surprise the girls (Age 3 & 15mons.) We're not sure how to "surprise" them once their grandparents arrive.. Any thoughts or ideas on how we can pull this off in a cute way? Thank you!!!!

How sweet! Could you take them on a walk on a path around the resort and have the grandparents just walk toward you? Choose a pretty place and get ready for pictures. One caution with the baby. If the kids do not see grandparents on a regular basis and only see them at one of your homes, it might take the toddler a minute or two to recognize them. Sounds crazy but I have seen it happen many times. Little one assign people to locations and when that is altered, little brains can't process that. Just be aware.
