Help to identify '80's toy...

A friend of mine is trying to remember the name of a toy her sister had when they were kids in the 80's... she wants to try to find one for her niece...

She says "It was a plastic dog that ate dog biscuits. If you put the biscuit in its mouth (it had ridges on it) and squeezed a plastic bone attached to it, the dog chomped it in bite by bite."

Since people on the DIS know everything, I thought I'd ask here and see if that rings a bell...?

Gaylord the Pup???

Today's version is called madras. I've been trying to find a pair for my DS that will fit him. I can only find them for little kids and for size 32 waists and above. He's got a 29 inch waist.

Oh, and I don't worry about anyone trying to beat up my DS. He can handle himself.
