I do so well during the week but I totally fell apart this weekend. 
I am feeling so discouraged. I worked so hard this past 2 weeks to lose 12 pounds and I know i've gained a lot of it back.
Lord knows I keep busy, but I just can't seem to stay on track on the weekends.
Any tips would be appreciated.
