Help - tickets in limbo!

Maybe someone can help...

I bought seasonal passes online on 1/4 and chose standard delivery, as we were not supossed to be leaving for 3 weeks. Some things came up and we now have to leave on Sunday. I guess there's still a posibility that our tickets will get here by then, but if they don't...what can we do? Thanks!

I would call Disney ASAP. Or, wherever you purchased the tickets from. Worst case senario, you could find out when the tickets shipped. If you were only getting vouchers, not real tickets, maybe you could have them converted to "will call" tickets. Then, you could pick up your tickets at the gate.

I picked mine up at will call. I said what if I lose these ? She said no problem, we can re-issue them. Because they have your name on them, they can ID you and shut off the old ones. I would tell them they never came in the mail. Have your receipt and paperwork ready, it should be fine! They can track that they were not activated yet anyway. PG

When I had not rec'd them after 8 days, I called CRO who gave me another # to call. They were able to tell me when they were shipped and I actually rec'd them the next day. I asked the CM what would happen if they got lost in the mail, etc. and she said all that I needed was the confirmation # that was given to me when I ordered the tix and guest services at the park would have my info and issue the tickets when I arrived since the info was in their computer. But since I haven't actually ever done this, I would definately call and ask about this before you leave.

This is NOT a PROBLEM at all!!!!!

Go to will call and give them your conformation number and show them your photo ID. The person who's name the tickets are under will have to be there and show their ID to get those tickets. If the tickets have crossed in the mail... no biggie. They can look up the ticket numbers and reprint them for you. Then when you get home and have the original tickets, just toss them, as they are no more good!
