Help- Suites hotel suggestion...

My wife and I are taking our soon to be 3yo son to WDW 2/23-2/27.
I currently have reservation at the Ebassy Suites LBV for $179/night. Also looked at Lvake Buena vista suites for $129 and Nickelodeon Suites (old Holiday Inn) for $175. We want to be close to park and have a separate room for our son. Any suggesstions?

how about a timeshares with 2-bedroom
Sheraton Vistana - close to DD
or
Silver Lake - close to AK
