Help - sister's 50th b'day and cruise tomorrow

I woke up and realized my DS is 50 today. After I called to remind my mother (she always forgets too) I called to get the details from bro-in-law. They're leaving on a Carnival cruise tomorrow (Saturday) from Port Canaveral. I thought immediately of you guys. I would like to have wine and flowers delivered to their stateroom. Isn't there a local company that will do that? It's been 4 years since our Disney cruise but I remember some discussions here.
