Help? Sept?

Hubby is thinking about us taking a quick get away trip for three nights. Looks like the last weekend in September (25-28, Saturday thru Tuesday) would be good for us.

I looked and it appears not much is going on then, is there anything I should be aware of? Special events, etc.?

We want to go at a low crowd time. This trip is w/o our little ones and will mostly be us trying to ride the rides we normally can't when all of us go.

Does this look like a good time to go?

We usually go in Sept as the crowds are low. The only down-side is that the parks close earlier than normal. We have seen MK close as early as 6pm and no fireworks...but this year it looks like 8pm then Wishes.

Other than the parks closing earlier, Sept is a great time to go. The resorts are in value-season and the crowd level is wonderful. We are usually able to ride Splash Mtn and get off and go again right away. Its been great!

Thanks. That is what I wanted to know. We've only been in September once before and I couldn't remember what the crowds were like.
