Currently we are booked at the RPR for the end of June with a AAA rate of $191/night. I just checked PBH and they are now offering a APH rate of $199/night. This will make it our 3rd time staying at the RPR. We LOVE the RPR and the pool area. However, we would love to try one of the other hotels but I'm afraid that we won't love it as much as the RPR.

Our favorite thing to do after a day at the parks is to find a table in the shade, have a few drinks :drinking1 , order some snacks popcorn:: and let the kids have fun (esp. on Friday nights). The kids love the hula & limbo contests and look forward to that at the RPR.

My question is......How does the hotel & pool area at the PBH compare to the RPR? Are there activities for the kids at the pool at PBH? Can we get drinks & food served to us at the pool area at PBH? and most importantly are there tables in the shade for us to hang out at after a day of fun & sun in the parks at PBH?

Thanks for everyone's help! :thanks:

I have stayed at all three many times. I would try PBH for that $! The kids have the added benefit of a pool slide! Not to mention 2 more pools to swim in should they want to. Drinks, food, shade are all available at PBH! The extra room space will be a bonus! From May to August PBH has poolside entertainment on the weekends. They also have dive in movies.:thumbsup2 If you are Loews member go for the AAA upgrade!
