Write using snail mail, don't call, don't use email.
With so many instances of this error it seems fitting that Disney should take the guest's word when the guest arrives at Guest Relations. Or use the date of first usage as the revised start date for the AP.

It does happen occasionally. Disney still won't take the person's word on it though, as you wouldn't beleive how many people like to argue that they bought their AP's on a different date or month. Fortunately, it is VERY easy for Guest Relations to trace back when the pass was originally activated or purchased. It just may take a couple minutes for the CM to find and fix it. Just be sure to be calm about it, and I'm sure they won't have a problem looking into it at any Guest Relations location.
