Help requested-last minute trip/no FPs/Magic Band ???s

Just booked a quick trip for myself and DD10. 1 night at Pop, 1 day each at MK (7/15) and Epcot (7/16).
Tried to get FPs for her preferred attractions (A&E, 7DMT) and none left (not surprised).
Questions-
1) Can I use my existing MBs and just show up at the MK gate in the morning without going to POP first?
Are my tickets already assigned to any live MBs that we have?
2) What kind of lines can I expect for A&E if we arrive 15-30 minutes after RD? We are driving up from Vero Beach that morning and getting to the TTC before 8AM will be a push. Are A&E really FP only???

If you use the same account and link your tickets you should be able to use your existing magic bands. A&E do have a standby line. My wife and daughter waited for an hour last October. I took the boys on space mountain.

1. Yes! Complete online check-in and choose the earliest arrival time. Everything in your account will be activated at that time. You'll be able to go directly to the park.

Pop will text you your room number and you'll never have to go to the Front Desk.

For FP, keep checking. I can usually find passes for both AE and 7DMT day of for just myself - I'm sure 2 spots will open up as well.

Check fast passes daily for them. I have gotten both of those close and day of. Anna and Elsa I haven't done minus fast pass but have waited in standby once for 45 minutes at about 8:00 at night.

What do I do about parking? If I drive straight to the MK lot will I still have to pay at the tollbooth even though I am on a hotel reservation?
