HELP!!! Renting Points

I have 300 OKW points and 200 BCV points that I need to rent out since we can't use them this year. Besides posting the availability on the DVC Renting/Trading forum, how exactly does this work? This is the first time I have had to do anything like this and am absolutely clueless on how it works. Any information and help from anyone would be very much appreciated.

Be sure to read all of the information threads at the top of the Rent/Trade Board. There are lots of suggestions there about how to structure a rental. Also be sure to carefully read the Posting Rules to make sure any posts are properly titled (this is necessary for the thread to be posted as they are cheecked by software looking for specific words in the thread title).

Above all, make sure to protect yourself with any rental agreements as, in some situations, you may jeopardize your ability to use the points if the renter fails to meet any payment deadlines.
