Help - removing tickets from package

Hi

My friend has booked a package with Disney and has her FP+ reservations done (the trip starts October 30). But Disney has recently come out with a discount for Canadian residents which would save her $250 and she wants to switch to those tickets. Is there any way for her to do so without losing her FP reservations? Or is there a way for her to have all the tickets linked, cancel one at a time, grabbing them with the new tickets and then cancelling her package (I'm not sure if that's even possible). She's not cancelling her hotel at all.

I would assume she should buy the new tickets, link them, and then cancel the package. (She may have to rebook the resort as a room only but they can help her with that. She can't remove the tickets from the package, she will need to cancel the entire package and rebook it). Her FPs will stay as long as she has valid admission linked. I don't believe she should have to cancel those as long as she has some tickets on her account.

Biggest issue will be with the 60 days for the resort stay - she's not 30 days out yet, so she should probably have the resort rebooked too before cancelling the package. She should explain to the phone agent what she wants to do. They will likely be able to help.
