Help quotes make no sense$$$ any ideas?

This makes no sense. CRO quoted crazy rates.

I was quoted RO w/PIN or GC (he said was the same).
Suppose to be standard room Moderate
12/21-12/23 $154 x 3 nights = $462 only nights w/ discounts
12/24-12/25 $220 x 2 nights = $440
12/26 $230 x 1 night = $230

Total $1132 x 1.125 tax = $1273.50

HOWEVER according to mousesavers.com
there are no $220 rates and $230 is a preferred or WV

He quoted me also crazy rate for Value Perferred not listed on mousesavers.com

12/21-12/23 $111 x 3 nights = $333 only nights w/ discounts
12/24-12/25 $151 x 2 nights = $302
12/26 $161 x 1 night = $161

Total 899.48 w/ tax

I made that reservation and received email conf.
The rates it quoted was different and seemed more on track

12/21-12/23 $101 x 3 nights = $303 only nights w/ discounts
12/24-12/25 $141 x 2 nights = $282
12/26 $151 x 1 night = $151

No total given

What do you think is going on. Should I go back and verify my rate? The deposit is not right based on the conf. rate. It should be 114.13 and they charged me $125.43.
