Help Quick! What's your table service pick for HS and near Epcot?

All of our Epcot choices are booked... actually, everything in Epcot is booked. So, tell me... what restaurants would you try near Epcot?


Also, what are your table service picks for Hollywood Studios?


I didn't expect to have this much trouble 6 months out!!!

I can't believe EVERY TS restaurant in Epcot is booked six months out. Which restaurants were you trying for?

HS restaurants-depends what you like and who is dining! We like Mama Melrose and we LURRRVVVE Sci-Fi-but I know we are definitely in the minority on that one.

I'd book the Yachtsman Steakhouse over at the Yacht Club. For HS, we try to avoid meals there, but we are ok if we have to go to either sci fi or 50's prime time. We don't think either are that good, but they are fun places to go to.

We try to avoid eating at the Studios if at all possible. It's a great day to try fasting (as long as you drink a lot of water!) Bad food at Sci-Fi (I couldn't eat mine, and it wasn't cheap); Mama Melrose horrendous service, ice-cold entrees; Hollywood & Vine buffet not as horrible but akin to hospital cafeteria food. Pizza over by the Fantasmic! line actually made me sick for two days.

As for Epcot, we have ALWAYS gotten into Biergarten, even walking up at 1:00 during Free Dining. Have you tried that one? I've been finding availability all over the place and my trip is in 6 weeks. (Are you trying "lunch" or putting in a specific time? You'll get a lot more options if you put in 1:00 or 6:00 or whatever. Don't know why but it's true.)

For both parks, you could try the restaurants at the Boardwalk-area resorts. You can walk or take a boat there from either Epcot or HS so it's convenient.

The only place in HS that we like it 50s Prime Time.

For EPCOT..have you thought about making your big meal of the day around lunch time...maybe you could ADRs that way.....

In HS %0's Prime Time for sure, Gd food and u get a little interacting with the waitstaff, my kids love it there. In Epcot Area u have Yachtsmen stkhse, Flying Fish and the Cape May Cafe Clambake which is very gd

Try some of the less popular places in EP and HS that are still good.

EP-Nine Dragons, SA, Teppan Edo, Biergarten
HS-MM or take boat over to BC or YC and go to Cape May or Capt Grill or even over to the boardwalk restaurants..
