My daughter and her friends were supposed to leave for Florida on this Sunday. Unfortunately, one of the girls' Grandmothers passed away this morning. :sad1: When she bought her flight ticket she bought the web special. Is she intitled to any money or credits back? Also can she just change her flight without penalty if she chooses to go after the funeral?

Thanks so much in advance

Yes, she can change the flights to another date up to a year from the original purchase date. There's no change fee but she would have to pay any increase in fare.

You can actually cancel the tickets right on the web and they will put the money in a ticketless fund. just make sure not to misplaace the number. Also keep an eye on the expiration date.

Thanks so much for the info. She was able to change her flight and given a credit. Can that credit be given to anyone or is she the only one that can use it?

You just need to keep track of the original reservation number, and the name associated with the original reservation to use the credit for a new booking.
