Help! Question about Read-Along DVD's

Does anyone have this or know anything about it?

I'm looking at it for my toddler who loves the Sing-A-Long videos, but isn't ready to move up to full-length movies, but needs a little more Lion King in her life. (Don't we all?)

Any suggestions/information is much appreciated. Thanks!

It's just like a book on tape, only on your dvd player.

The reader reads the words, they are printed at the bottom of the screen. The pages turn, just like reading a book.

We have 1. It's alright. My dd likes the books on tape better.

Look for the Wee Sings ones. They are very popular w/ her and her friends. They are very reasonably priced too.

My older kids like the read-a-long story books too. We have an upcoming trip and since our new van has a DVD player, I thought this might be nice.

I'd go ahead & try one. They're not that expensive. Who knows, your child might love them.
