Help! - Private Dining at Boardwalk?

Its my parents 25th Wedding anniversary this year and although we wont be in WDW for the actual anniversary i would love to do something really special for them whilst we are there.

Can we do any private dining at the Boardwalk? As its their favorite hotel, and thats where i had my wedding in 2006. Id really love to have a nice meal out on some balcony or something and arrange for a cake etc?

Can this be done? Who do i contact?

Disney is great in helping with events like these I would call Disney dining and speak with them and tell them about what you would like to do.I am sure they will help you plan a great evening.
