help posting pictures pls

Hi back from our wedding plannng trip and id like to post some pictures with our report. Ive saved the pictures in a folder on my comp, but when i try to copy and paste i cant seem to paste them on here. Anyone help pls.

Open an account with photobucket and upload them there. When uploaded when you look at a photo a box opens up and you want to copy the last one I think it is with the IMG written in it. You then copy and paste that into your thread.

photobucket is very simple and it is the img code, just copy and paste it.
