help please

i am having the worst time tonight trying to get the lovely images you designed on products. Assuming i bought crappy iron on's. Anyone have any suggestions and can someone also tell me how to mirror image print? Please and thank you

i think i figured out the mirror image thing ... so maybe iron on paper suggestions please?
