Help Please!

I am trying to book the Richard Petty experience for my upcoming trip in Sept. Unfortunately they keep saying that the zip code doesn't match the credit card details so I called my credit card who verified my address and that there was no problem with the card. We double/triple checked the details with the Richard Petty experience but the agents on the phone say it still keeps getting rejected.... Any ideas??

It's over the phone. The woman on the other end was very helpful but I'm a bit confused at what to do and wondered if anyone else has had similar problems paying for things in the USA over the phone?

Hi,

Yes it's a UK Mastercard, I also tried my Maestro but no luck They said they do accept non-US cards so I'm not sure what the problem could be??

Were they putting the space in or not? Sometimes when I've had issues before I've asked them to try with or without and its worked but that's all I can suggest

Very odd, I did it over the phone with no problems. Perhaps ask a friend/family member to pay with their card and you pay them back?

Sounds like a plan Chilly, thanks. I will give it a shot. Also, thanks Gismo, I will get them to try the postcode with and without a space.
