hi everyone
my head is completely screwed i just don't know when to go.
its either last week of jan/1st of feb, 1st two weeks of november or 2nd two weeks of november?
for low crowds which is the best?

I don't know but what I would say is that you check the average temperatures for those weeks and go when it is warmest. I would think crowd levels are quiet. Orlando is perfectly managable even in peak season. The last two years we have gone in July, got to the parks before opening and had no problems with lines (walk ons or minimal) at this time, then once we have done everything we planned to do we leave and have a relax before returning to another park, so to be honest I wouldn't worry too much about crowd levels.

Definitely not 2nd 2 weeks of November as that will encompass Thanksgiving, which attracts large crowds. Personally (from what I've read NOT from experience), I would go for end Jan/beg Feb.

As Bev said, however, if the weather is important to you, check and see which time of year is warmest (November probably, I suspect).

Hiya
My recommendation personally would be any time in november, i went in november a couple of years ago and the weather was perfect around 80 everyday, it was heaving the day or so before thanksgiving, but on those days we just chilled out by the pool, and went out for a fab dinner. We have also been this year the last 2 weeks in jan. and although we had mostly lovely weather i think that it was a one off and you can't rely on this. So go for November, i would in a heartbeat.
Thanks
Ali

The average temperatures in November are slightly higher than those at the end of January/beginning of February and average rainfall perhaps a bit less. However, the weather in Orlando can be as unpredictable as it is here, so I don’t think you really need to factor that into the equation.

Provided you avoid the week of President’s Day (third Monday in February), the first of your options will be less crowded – definitely one of the most quiet times to visit. Thanksgiving is a huge holiday in the States, so makes the second half of November one of the busiest times of all. The first week of November will be dead, but the second week is New Jersey week and that definitely has an impact. It wouldn’t stop me going then, though, particularly as the excellent International Food and Wine Festival at Ecpot now extends to mid November. Also, you might just catch some of the Christmas events towards the very end of the stay if you went for the first two weeks of November. The decorations start to go up mid November and MVMCP and Osborne Lights begin at around the same time.

I was just going to echo what UKDeb said - I'd love to go in NOvember - but then the crowds wouldn't be as important to me as the possibility of seeing some of the christmas stuff!!! Plus if the weather is anything like it normally is at the end of Oct - then in will be perfect!! (I've stopped going in March as it could often be too cold - so I guess Jan/Feb is even colder!)

Personally I'd go for either first two weeks of November usually a bit cooler and less humidity, less crowds and less queues but weather can be wet or cold /sunny ,or, last two weeks of September if I had to pick off-season.

September is still warm and crowds are very manageable the parks have good opening hours and maybe the odd rain shower at 3pm.

We've been February 2nd week (I think it was after Pop Warner week) and it was fine but still a little colder than we had hoped for.

It's ultimately your choice pick which ever time suits your needs:thumbsup2
