Help Please what are these toys called??

I was in DL last weekend and got three little bags of tiny plastic toys - including Minnie, the water tower, a monorail car, Hopper, Pooh, etc - there were about four or so in each bag. They are very small - less than an inch high. Of course I stupidly threw out the plastic bags! Now I don't know what these figures are called - can anyone help me? They were about 5 dollars for a bag and each series could contain different figures.

Those are Disney Collector Packs. There are three Parks series and a Star Wars series out.
