Help Please!!! Trattoria al Forno or Il Mulino for Dinner

Help me make the decision to eat at Trattoria al Forno or Il Mulino for Dinner. I have had Il Mulino before and it was good, but have never eaten dinner at Trattoria. I watched Pete's Review recently and he made it sound really good. Looking for some more input.

So, what does everybody think? Il Mulino or Trattoria.

I saw that review too. I'd take his advice and book Trattoria if it's before Flying Fish opens and the chef goes back to that restaurant. Afterwards, that's a big question mark for me.

Good point. That had not crossed my mind.

We’ve eaten at both and liked them both, so I’d say, give Trattoria a try. Especially with the question of how long that chef will be there.

We've eaten at both as well, and I give Il Mulino a slight edge on food, but Trattoria wins big on atmosphere. If you've never eaten at Trattoria, I'd give it a try.

We're eating at Trattoria in a couple of weeks, partly based on Pete's review and partly because of location (we get in to the BWV that afternoon and obviously it's close!).

Our last visit to Il Mulino was horrible. Husband’s entree inedible. Service poor. Bad all the way around.
