Help please!!! Question on ME with two separate arrival times...

I know this has been asked before but I'm having problems using the search.

So I guess what I need is for information from someone who had part of their party show up and used ME one day and other used it another day? Did you call and give them both parties info for the reservations or did you just make one reservation for the both of you and then tell them when you arrived that the other person isnt coming in until tomorrow? Or did you do something totally different and if so what?

We have a group of 5 in May coming in on two different airlines on the same day.

I called CRO and gave them the flight #s and airlines of each guest.

Then I checked on my reservation on disneyworld.com and they have it correct.

So yes, give them the flight info for each member of your party. They can do multiple days and multiple arrivals.

You just give them every persons info and they book them

Just a slight difference in experience....When I booked my room for next month, I tried to book DME. I arrive on a Monday morning, dh and dd arrive Tuesday, late evening. The CM I was dealing with couldn't get the system to let him enter the info that way. He said that everyone had to arrive on the same day. So, I thanked him for his help, hung up and then called DME myself. The rep there just laughed at me and said 'of course everyone who is on the resort reservation is allowed a trip from the airport to the resort and then back again!' And said that of course the computer would allow it. She then told me that if I had any CMs who had a problem with it, to call DME directly and they would walk them through it.
So..I call CRO again. Again, a CM can't figure it out...puts me on hold for quite awhile. Comes back and says he talked to DME who told him how to put us in the system..we are all set. Okay. So, I'm now curious as to the validity of this statement. So, a week later I call CRO and ask them to double check my info. What do you think happened? Yep, we weren't in the system. Had the exact same issues as the first two times. CM told me I was all set. We'll see what happens in the next week or so. It shouldn't be that difficult to get people to WDW via the system they have implemented.
At least dh and dd won't have any luggage to worry about. I'll have all their stuff with me, and they will have just carry-ons with them. And I will give them the confirmation that I got stating that they are entitled to DME.
