help please I've done it this time

I have a room booked and I remember the dates and everytiing but can.not.find.my reservation # !!!

I booked over the phone I even know that I need to pay off a balance in October but do not remember what day! ugh

Am I gonna have to call and wait forever to get thru and then can they help me?

Looking for a way to get my reservation without a phone call Help me please

If you have a login account with wdw website there is a place to retrieve your reservation. You must have made reservation under your email and/or website account most likely. The reservation MUST be in your name. If you dont have a wdw login..get one. its great for ADR's, reservations, planning maps, online check-in....

didnt they send you a confirmation email or something?? i made mine over the phone and they sent an email confirmation sameday. i save all my disney email info in an email folder and everything pertaining on a thumbdrive. along with hardcopy printouts.

you may need to call. i usually wait for a few minutes but not long. I feel thats the most trustworthy way of contact with disney.

I DO have an online acct. However, I always CALL to make a reservation which I did this time as well. I stupidly wrote everything on an envelope back and made it as quick as possible as my little ones were trying to be nosy and this is a surprise for them! Some surprise if I lose the ressie by not paying in full when I need to do so!

Phone reservations do not typically show up online altho I did try that route: nothing showing up at all.

I do believe they sent me an email and possibly snail mail (maybe not tho) however my computer got a virus and nothing is showing up there either.

Yup, gonna have to call I think.

When you call (yes, I think this is the only way you will be able to retrieve your #), ask them to send you an email confirmation. Don't just assume that they will do this. When you get the email confirmation PRINT OUT A HARD COPY. Or two.

I booked on phone and my reservation is retrievable online. done this many times. BUT your phone reservation must be linked to an email acct. that email acct must be linked in your wdw acct.

when you call make sure they have your email address. enter that email address in your user settings on your wdw account. I think you can pay off the reservation online that way also...

I have made this mistake before with airline and car rental reservations. I called and both times they located my reservation easily just using my name and address. I am sure Disney will do the same.

When you call give them the name you made the reservation number in and they'll ask for your phone number - Disney tracks a lot of things by phone number, I always give my land line and my cell when they ask, cause I can never remember which I used, they'll find your reservation and they'll be super nice about it. Once you have your ressie number go into the WDW site and click on "my reservations" on the little bar on top, create an account and then associate your reservation number w/ that account. Then whenever you go to the WDW site it'll tell you how many days you have till your vacation and you can see your reservation number right there and it will tell you when you have to pay it off.
