Help please..I'm confused

We have POP w/PH and Dining booked for 11/24-11/29....now decided to leave day early and want to add 11/23....called Disney and no availability as new ressie for one day or extending ressie and adding 11/23 w/pkg.....but when I check system online there is availability....I would just have to rebook entire pkg and it would $336.00 more....all for one night....what should I do is it likely that 11/23 will open as 1 day ressie or should look for offsite....

No, just call back and get a different CM. Pop is available for those dates and they can add it on. If the CM says its not, say "no, it is on the website". It's available with the Nov-Dec discount code, AAA discount and rack rate so there's no reason they can't add it on. I would call them asap.

I went through the same thing last year booking an extra day at Poly. As it turned out, there were rooms available ... but not with the package we booked. They have a certain block of rooms open for packages and a certain block for room only, etc. I was so frustrated because like you, I could clearly see availability online and couldn't understand why when I called they said nothing was available. After many calls, I was able to speak with a CM who took the time to explain this to me. I ended up getting a room only reservation for the extra night. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice and encouragement ...I called this morning and after 20 minutes a very nice CM made multiple attempts and I got the room...but had to add dining....So 156.12 for 1 nt a POP w/dining for me, DH, DS-9, and DS-3....He had to call in reinforcements to make it work....initially tried to send us to ASMO but then spoke w/another CM and got what I wanted....
