Help Please - Email address for the Poly???

I wondered if anybody could help me. I lost my camera whilst on holiday and need to obtain a letter from the Poly saying that it wasn't found.

I thought that from the UK it might be easier to email rather than telephone. Does anybody know of an email address that I might send this query to?

Oh, that is too bad....all those photos gone!

Would be better to contact Guest Communications and explain:

wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com

They can then help you better than trying to contact the Polynesian directly.

Thank you - that's great. Luckily I didn't lose any photos as I had just changed the memory card. Which was how I came to lose it as I must have left it on a table after doing so. I think it was at Earl of Sandwich and as it was the day we flew home I didn't realise it wasn't in my bag until we got back to England. My insurence just needs a letter from somebody to say we lost it on holiday.

I will try guest relations.
