help please-do I need to add a day?

We are doing a split stay in August with 2 teens who are thrilled about Universal. First 3 days in Disney ( for me) lol , Epcot on arrival day followed by MK, and HS, then heading over to universal to do Royal Pacific with express passes for next 3 days and then 2 days hanging out at adventura hotel with the option to head back into universal without express pass. We are arriving in Orlando on Jetblue at 8:40 AM. However with all of Jetblue's changes, delays and cancellations I am panicked that we are going to miss most of our first day. If park reservations were not a thing , I would just wing it and add a day of park tickets when we arrive if we need a 4th park day due to delays. However with the necessity of disney park reservations, I am debating adding a 4th day now which would cost us another $400 and would take time away from our universal express pass days. Universal's hotels are booked solid so there is no way to flip flop Royal Pacific and Adventura hotel nights. What would you do?

I would add an extra day for Disney.

I would change my flight to the evening before and stay at an airport hotel. Your kids are really excited for universal, and Express Pass isn’t cheap.

My morning JetBlue got changed from a landing at 10am to now landing at 2pm. So I would add a day..

Thanks everyone, just got another kink in the plan...disney added halloween party for my MK day which we will not do...so I had to switch things around again. This reservation stuff is super tricky.
