Help Please!! Dinner/Illuminations

My DH & I are probably going to go to the Yachtsman Steak House for our anniversary. I figured we would spend the day in Epcot, go to dinner and then walk over to see Illuminations. What time would you suggest that I make our PS arrangements for? I want to make sure we are able to eat and get a pretty good seats for Illuminations.

We did this in December when Illuminations was at 9:30. Our ps at the Yachtsman was 5:45 and we had plenty of time. Because you can't be exactly sure when you'll be seated, I would say anything prior to 6:30 should be fine. The walk back to the Int'l Gateway is not more than 10 minutes and for a good spot, you probably want to be back inside Epcot by 8:15 (if Illuminations is at 9:00).
