Visiting 23/07 - 29/07 (Saturday-Friday).

Trying to squeeze in a few non-Disney activities in between, so need to be sure about when best to visit the parks.

1. Based on previous trips, I presume the whole week will be very busy, and crowds a little less hectic during the evenings? Will there be any difference in crowds between weekdays and weekend days?

2. Doing Buffalo Bills one evening, as will have 2 free birthday tickets. Is there any difference between the early and late show, apart from price, and much difference between the 1st & 2nd category seating?

3. We'll have a shareholder's card for the 1st time....what's the optimal time to visit Salon Mickey? There are 6 of us, so will it be a case of a few of us visiting 1 day, and a few the next, or should be try our luck and all go at once?

4. Does anyone have a link for up to date opening times and prices for the Davy Crockett's Adventure....the official site hasn't been updated since 2008! And is there a discount for this activity with either the shareholder's card or an annual pass?

Any other summer time tips gratefully received :)

I think weekdays are always generally quieter - but it is peak season so not sure about this.

Don't pay for 1st cat tickets - we had 2nd cat and I think it's actually better because you are up higher and have a much better view IMO

The earlier the better - we had to stand/share seats when there later in the morning.

I'd say take a break and have a swim if you can in the afternoon - it gets soooo hot and busy then. Or think about having a long leisurely lunch somewhere cool. You'll then have some energy for the evenings.

Looks like we'll be there the same time - just booked for 25 - 28th :goodvibes

to go direct to that one clear your cookies/cache so that the site thinks you are in France :thumbsup2

And don't forget the eating for free for the birthday people in 8 restaurants if they are going within a week either side of their birthday
