Hello planning gurus!

I will be going to WDW for my second trip ever October 20-26. Because my ADR reservation window is opening soon, I have been trying to figure out our schedule with ADR's.

Ideal places to eat
Cinderella's Royal Table
Yachtsmen Steakhouse
Narcossee's
Browns Derby
Teppan Edo
Le Cellier

Being there for 6 nights, on the DxDP,we will have 18 credits each (its my honeymoon, so I am planning for a more romantic experiences.

Our friend is the manager of California Grill, and so somewhere in the itinerary my DF wants to go there even if just for cocktails.

Also this plan was made before the hours were released, as well as doing the best I can to guess the business of each of the parks, based on last years information.

This is what I am thinking...

10-20 Arrive MCO 1:15 - ME to YC check in
Late Lunch at Le Cellier 4?
Epcot: Future World
Narcossee's - late dinner 8?

10-21 Hollywood Studios day (at rope drop)
50's Prime Time Cafe - lunch
Brown's Derby - Dinner

10-22 Captain's Grille - Early Breakfast (its at our resort)
Animal Kingdom (at rope drop)
Break (rest time and refresh hair and make-up)
Photo Session planned with Professional Photographer Robyn Lynn
Dinner?? maybe Tony's
Magic Kingdom - MNSSHP (first time going)
OT ? - What time do they stop letting people with AP into . MK on a MNSSHP day (without a ticket?)

10-23 Epcot Day
Food and Wine Festival snacks (for lunch) (first time going)
Teppan Edo - Dinner

10-24 Golf - Early Tee Time
Water Park
Lunch - either CS or Beaches and Cream (depending where we are )
Yachtsmen - Dinner Early
Epcot - for illuminations

10-25 Magic Kingdom Day
Crystal Palace - Early Breakfast (prior to park opening)
Dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table

10-26 Morning undecided (since we have a 7 day park hopper)
Down Town Disney
Lunch somewhere DTD
Use up remaining snack credits at Goofy's Candy Co
Fly home at 4:40 (which means heading to ME at 2ish)

Ok here are my challeneges: Because I don't want to lose out on money, I want to get all the meals in and I am only up to 15 meal credits used. I've got three to go...Any Ideas?

When can I fit California Grill in there to visit our friend who works there? We were just thinking meeting for cocktails...but maybe we should make it a meal, and fit it in somewhere.

PLEASE HELP!!! What are your advices?? TIA!

If you eat at LeCellier at 4 unless you eat a salad you are probably not going to be very hungry for Narcoose's at 8. You may want to see if you can push it back an hour or so.

10-21 Hollywood Studios day (at rope drop)
50's Prime Time Cafe - lunch
Brown's Derby - Dinner

OT ? - What time do they stop letting people with AP into . MK on a MNSSHP day (without a ticket?)I think 4 pm. But someone else will know for sure.

10-23 Epcot Day
Food and Wine Festival snacks (for lunch) (first time going)
Teppan Edo - Dinner

Since you seem to not be staying for Illuminations maybe CG here instead of Teppan Edo or is that a must? Either that or tomorrow instead of Yachtman? Just ideas.

Maybe Boma for breakfast? That would use up another credit and you could snack your way around for awhile and still have dinner just prior to Illuminations.

10-24 Golf - Early Tee Time
Water Park
Lunch - either CS or Beaches and Cream (depending where we are )
Yachtsmen - Dinner Early
Epcot - for illuminations

10-25 Magic Kingdom Day
Crystal Palace - Early Breakfast (prior to park opening)
Dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table
Maybe a sandwich, salad or burger late lunch 1:00 ish at The Plaza Restaurant? With a later CRT like 7 or 8?

10-26 Morning undecided (since we have a 7 day park hopper)
Down Town Disney
Lunch somewhere DTD
Use up remaining snack credits at Goofy's Candy Co
Fly home at 4:40 (which means heading to ME at 2ish)

Wolf Gang Puck's is one of our favorite's at DTD. Love the Goofy Candy co. Maybe another breakfast?

I wrote in pink to kind of answer with what I would do in the quote. Hope this helps some and doesn't make it worse! :)

Thanks for your help. This brings up more questions.

How late can you book dinner reservations for Narcoosee's?
Thats a really good idea to go to CG instead of Teppan Edo. Not necessarily a must I just read about it in a dining review and thought it sounded good.
Where is boma and what type of food for breakfast? Buffet? Character?

Thank you for your input!

keep checking for the October schedule and try to line up with where you are or will be close to, so that you are not dashing about to get to your reservations. We just completed our reservations, and I had several instances where I had to go with my 2nd and 3rd choices and rearrange my schedule to fit those that I really wanted. Make sure you try the hardest to get first. Le Cellier, Cinderella etc..

If I remember correctly it was like 9:45 or 9:50 last time I knew for Narcoossee's. This may be different at different times of year. When you call they will tell you.

http://allears.net/menu/menu_boma.htm This will give you a general overview of the restuarant and the type of food they serve.

Allears.net/menu has a fairly updated list of the menus for each restaurant if you haven't been there yet. They are not perfect but give you a good idea of what each place serves and the hours for some of them.

You could also look for somewhere closer to Epcot to have breakfast that morning especially if you will be using WDW transportation that could be difficult.

PP has a good reminder. Make sure you have 2nd or 3rd choices if what you want are not available. Are you willing to switch park days or times? These are things you need to think about ahead of time.

:)
